This page will tell you if you can enter and what you need to make an entry.
SOME FAQ'S
CAN ANYONE ENTER THE FESTIVAL?

Yes for example if you play the Recorder, Flute, Clarinet, Trumpet, Oboe, Cornet, Horn, Trombone, Tuba, Saxophone, Violin, Cello, Doublebass, Guitar, or Piano to name just a few.
Can you Sing, Act, Mime or tell Jokes? Are you in a Choir, Drama Group, Orchestra, or Band?


WHAT DO I NEED?

You will need a Syllabus (available from May) to find out what classes are available, and an entry form. These are available from James Dace and Son, 22 Broomfield Road, Chelmsford, priced £1.50. Or from The Secretary by post (£1.80)see Who's Who page of this web site for contact details. For syllabus and entry form by email apply to paul.selwood@blueyonder.co.uk.

WHEN AND HOW DO I MAKE AN ENTRY?

Entries for the November Festival close in mid September each year. For exact dates see the Syllabus Entries are made by post, full details of where to send the entry form and fees are contained in the Syllabus and on the Entry Form.


HOW DO I KNOW WHEN TO PERFORM?

At the end of October you are sent details of when and where your class will be held.
